Angela Mitchell

Angela Mitchell has over 20 years of experience in talent transformation, business development, and community development. Currently serving in a role focused on Talent, Transformation & Innovation at IDA Ireland since 2005, Angela engages with clients to futureproof their operations through digitalisation and strategic talent development. Previous roles include advising global engineering companies and East Coast US firms on international location strategies, and developing a 10-year strategy for economic and cultural growth while working with Louth County Council. Angela holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Science from University College Dublin, along with various qualifications in coaching, mentoring, training, and change management.
