Rachel M. Cossel

Rachel M. Cossel, MS, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in community development, marketing, and organizational communication. Currently serving as Adjunct Faculty at Northwest Nazarene University since January 2022, Rachel also holds the position of Community Development Officer at Idaho Central Credit Union, a role maintained since July 2015. Prior experience includes directorships in marketing and client services, as well as recruitment at Northwestern Mutual, and customer service representation at Saltzer Medical Group. Rachel's background includes managing a substantial donor base, writing grant proposals, and event coordination. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Corporate and Organizational Communication from Northeastern University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Northwest Nazarene University.
