Leah Toland

Leah Toland has over 20 years of experience in retail operations, event coordination, and logistics management. Leah started their career at The TJX Companies, Inc. as an Assistant Manager and later moved on to roles at Sheplers Inc., Target, and Allied Business Solutions. Leah served as Event Chair for Helpful Happy Hour for Camp Rainbow Gold before joining Idaho Youth Ranch as Director of Retail Operations in 2013.

Leah Toland earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing/Marketing Management, General from Henderson State University from 1993 to 1998.
