Mark Josephsen

Mark Josephsen has over 30 years of experience in various technology and leadership roles. Mark began their career in the US Air Force as a Captain and has since held positions such as Firmware Engineer at Tektronix, Member of Technical Staff at Sharp Laboratories of America, and Program Manager at Hewlet Packard. Mark also served as a Systems Analyst at Capella Technologies Inc and held multiple roles at Mission Aviation Fellowship, including Developer/Analyst, Department Manager of Software Services, and Department Manager of Support Services. Currently, Mark is the Director of Information Systems at Idaho Youth Ranch, where they are responsible for overseeing IT infrastructure, network security, and disaster recovery systems and processes.

Mark Josephsen obtained a Bachelor's of Science degree in Mathematical Sciences from Oregon State University in 1987. Mark also completed Air Force ROTC training during the same time period. In 2019, Mark received a certification in Six Sigma Green Belt from Aveta Business Institute. Mark holds a Commercial Pilot license for Multiengine Land Instrument issued by the Federal Aviation Administration.
