Melanie O'Neill

Melanie O'Neill has an extensive work experience history. Melanie began their career in 2004 at SuperValu, where they served as the Director of Compensation before transitioning to the role of Six Sigma Black Belt. In 2009, they became an Adjunct Professor at Boise State University. Later in 2010, they joined Idaho Youth Ranch as the HR Director, where they currently hold a leadership position.

Melanie O'Neill obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources from Boise State University in 1998. Melanie then pursued a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership at Gonzaga University from 2007 to 2009. Additionally, they received certification as a Darkness to Light Facilitator from Stewards of Children.
