Ariel Amiras

Ariel Amiras is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in risk management and investment, currently serving as the Lead Risk Officer at IDB Invest since January 2016. Previously, Ariel held positions as a Senior Risk Officer and Senior Investment Officer at the Inter-American Development Bank from 2008 to January 2016. Prior experience includes roles as Vice President of Financial Institutions Risk Management at ING from February 2004 to March 2008, Credit Risk Analyst at ABN AMRO Bank from February 1999 to August 2002, and Credit Analyst at Standard & Poor's from 1998 to 1999. Ariel holds an MBA from the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University (2002-2003) and a Licenciatura in Economics from Universidad Torcuato Di Tella (1994-1997).
