Igor Valentim

Igor Valentim has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Currently, they are the Head of Data and Analytics at IDB Invest since April 2021. Prior to that, they held multiple roles at Bradesco, including Act. Chief Data Officer from December 2019 to April 2021, Data Analytics and Business Intelligence Senior Manager from January 2018 to December 2019, and Retail Banking Data Management Manager from September 2016 to January 2018. Before joining Bradesco, Igor worked at HSBC as an Information Management Senior Manager and CDP from August 2013 to September 2016, Data Quality and Initiatives Manager from December 2010 to August 2013, and as a Project Lead for Credit Risk Infrastructure from October 2009 to December 2010. Igor began their career at Losango, where they served as a Senior Credit Risk Analyst from August 2007 to September 2009 and as an Underwriting System Specialist from September 2004 to August 2007.

Igor Valentim has a diverse education history. Igor started their academic journey in 2003 at UERJ, where they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering in Engineering/Industrial Management. Igor successfully completed their degree in 2009. Following that, they attended FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas from 2011 to 2014, where they earned a Bachelor of Technology in Business Administration and Management, General.

In 2019, Igor enrolled at Saint Paul Escola de Negócios, where they pursued an Executive MBA with a focus on Finance and Financial Management Services. Igor completed this program in 2021.

In addition to their formal education, Igor Valentim has acquired additional certifications to enhance their professional skills. In 2022, they participated in the Mentoring Program at Banco Interamericano de Desarrollo and was recognized as an Outstanding Mentor. Furthermore, in 2023, they completed a certification course on Data Monetization Strategy: Creating Value Through Data at the MIT Sloan School of Management.
