Alex Phan

Alex Phan currently serves as an Associate in Venture Capital at IDC Ventures, focusing on investments in fintech and marketplaces across Europe, Latin America, and the US from Seed to Series B stages. Prior experience includes a role as an Associate in CFO Advisory at PwC, where Alex worked on finance transformation and strategy, ERP transformation, and financial modeling in the pharma, telco, and infrastructure sectors. Alex also held the position of Controller at TotalEnergies, handling cost controlling and reporting. Early career experiences include roles as an Executive Assistant at Cambio Group, a Student Assistant at Nykredit, and a Finance Assistant at DP Ventilation. Alex holds a Master of Science in Finance and International Business and a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Business Administration from Aarhus BSS - Aarhus University, along with additional studies at Harvard University and Singapore Management University.
