Brian Murphy

Brian Murphy is currently the Director of Financial Sales at IDC since March 2017. Prior to this role, Brian was the Managing Director of Equity Research at Merriman Capital from October 2013 to August 2016. Brian also worked as an Equity Research Analyst at Sidoti & Company, LLC from September 2005 to September 2013. With a background in investment analysis, Brian also served as an Investment Analyst at Mercer Investment Consulting from May 2002 to September 2005. Additionally, Brian held the position of VP Sales & Marketing at IdeaWeavers, Inc. from 2000 to 2001. Brian holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from The University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor of Science (BS) from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
