Prior experience includes serving as a Technology and Business Research Senior Consultant at Allstate Insurance from January 2007 to March 2020, where Monika managed a high volume of research engagements, ensured client satisfaction, and collaborated with stakeholders on transformative initiatives. Monika's experience also encompasses roles in architecture process and governance, and as an Internet Sales Professional. Monika holds a BA in Information Technology and a Business Architecture Certification from DePaul University, along with an IPRC-Release and Control certification from Pink Elephant Corp.
