Tereza Patience is an accomplished legal professional and entrepreneur with a diverse background in law and business development. Currently serving as Founder and Director of idclear and Founding Partner & CEO of Dolya Consulting, Tereza focuses on regulatory consultancy for international clients. Previous roles include Head of Legal at Gibraltar Stock Exchange and Gibraltar Blockchain Exchange, where Tereza oversaw legal matters across multiple jurisdictions and managed legal reviews for token listings. Tereza also founded Penguin Legal Limited, providing legal consultancy services, and held various positions including Legal Counsel for Flood Re, Associate at Eversheds, and Corporate Responsibility Manager. Tereza Patience holds multiple degrees including an LLM in International Commercial Law from UCL and has completed additional studies in Environmental Law and Human Rights.
