Tim Lane is currently employed at IDDI as a Team Leader for Global Client Support and Validation. Prior to this, Tim was the IVRS Support Manager at World Wide Clinical and held various positions at PPD, including Sr. System Support Analyst and Associate Systems Support Analyst. Tim also worked as a Remedy Administrator at T/Butler Technology Solutions and as a Help Desk Analyst at AT&T. Tim holds a B.S. in Computer Science from North Carolina A&T State University.
