Sara Couper

Sara Couper is an accomplished communications professional with extensive experience in strategic communication and leadership roles. Currently serving as the Principal and CEO of Idea Camp Communications Inc. since October 2018, Sara previously held significant positions such as Communications Manager for Community Services and Housing at the City of Vancouver, where responsibilities included developing communication strategies for sensitive topics. Prior roles include Communications and Marketing Manager at Small Business BC, Communications Officer at the Women's Enterprise Centre of BC, and Public Relations & Youth Entrepreneurship Coordinator at Community Futures Central Okanagan. Sara holds a Bachelor of Journalism with Honours from Carleton University and has additional training from the British Columbia Institute of Technology.
