George Bracey

George Bracey has a diverse work experience that spans several industries. George is currently working at IDEA Pharma as the Finance Director since February 2022, after previously serving as the Finance Manager since January 2019. Prior to joining IDEA Pharma, they worked at MoneyExpert.com as the Finance Manager from July 2015 to December 2018, where they managed a finance team and collaborated with senior management on analysis and forecasting. In addition, they worked in the CASS Control Team at MoneyExpert.com from October 2014 to July 2015. Before that, George worked at Arnolds Garage as an Administration Assistant from October 2011 to October 2014, and they started their career at Waitrose as a Supermarket Assistant in 2006.

George Bracey has a diverse education history with a focus in accountancy. In 2014 to 2017, they attended the London School of Business and Finance LSBF where they obtained their ACCA Qualification in Accountancy. Prior to that, from 2013 to 2014, they attended Chichester College and earned their AAT Level 4 degree in Accounting. From 2012 to 2013, they attended Chichester College again, this time completing their AAT Level 3 degree in Accounting. In 2011 to 2012, they attended Guildford College and achieved their AAT Level 2 degree in Accounting. Before pursuing accountancy, George Bracey attended The University of Reading from 2007 to 2011, where they completed a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Psychology.

In addition to their formal education, George Bracey holds certifications from ACCA and AAT. George obtained the ACCA certification from ACCA in September 2018. In April 2015, they became a Fellow Member of the Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT).
