Shahbaz Haidar

Shahbaz Haidar is a seasoned entrepreneur and engineering leader, currently serving as the Founder of Idea Rise Technologies since April 2018, where automation of internal processes for over 300 clients globally has resulted in millions of man-hours saved. Previously, Shahbaz held the position of Head of Engineering at Pipeline Signals, addressing significant sales pipeline challenges for B2B organizations through data-driven solutions. Shahbaz's experience also includes roles as Product and Operation Manager at Galvanize Test Prep | Entrayn Education Technologies, Product Head at Sendd, and Operations Manager as well as Marketing Manager at TinyOwl, where foundational skills in product development, team performance tracking, and operational execution were honed. Shahbaz co-founded a unique advertising platform with IDEA RISE, marking the beginning of an entrepreneurial journey after earning a Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay.
