Rhenita Brade

Rhenita Brade is an experienced Program Manager currently at The Idea Village since December 2022, with a background in innovation management and product development across various industries. Previously, Rhenita held the position of Innovation Manager at Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. and participated as a Product Management Fellow in PMDojo's Spring 2022 Cohort, selected from over 500 applicants. Rhenita's career includes roles as Associate Brand Manager at Preferred Brands International, Inc., and Global Consumer Insights Associate at General Mills, where expertise in consumer insights and analytics informed product strategies. Prior experience includes consulting for Booz Allen Hamilton and strategic roles at Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company and Aurora Associates. Rhenita holds an MBA in Strategy and Marketing from Carnegie Mellon University, a degree in International Business from The Chinese University of Hong Kong, and a BA in Public Policy and Law from Trinity College-Hartford.
