Adam is the Founder and Managing Director of CooperAble, a Management Consultancy that focuses on executive management and operational excellence. Adam has also held senior leadership roles in companies such as Ideagen, Incora, and Pattonair. Throughout their career, they have been responsible for functions such as quality, engineering, business excellence, and operational strategy. Adam has a track record of driving growth, cost efficiency, and developing high-performance cultures within organizations.

Adam Cooper received a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Manufacturing Engineering and Operations Management from the University of Nottingham from 1994 to 1998. In 2017, they attended the Cranfield School of Management, where they completed the Cranfield General Management Programme.
