Diane Pearson

Diane Pearson has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Diane most recently worked at Ideagen as the Global Head of Talent Acquisition. Prior to that, they held the position of Senior Talent Acquisition Manager at Ideagen as well. Before joining Ideagen, Diane worked at Paul Smith as the Talent Acquisition Manager, where they were responsible for recruitment and top talent acquisition globally. Diane also served as the Assistant Manager at Paul Smith. Prior to Paul Smith, they worked at Inditex as the ZARA Regional Manager and Zara General Manager, managing multiple stores and a team of managers. Diane started their career at Jigsaw UK as a Store Manager and also worked at Warehouse Fashions as a Store Manager. Diane began their professional journey at Wallis Fashion as part of their Graduate Management Programme, later serving as Deputy Manager and Maternity Cover Manager.

Diane Pearson attended Glasgow Caledonian University from 1992 to 1995, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Retail Management. In 2013 to 2014, they attended Vision West Nottinghamshire College and completed the CIPD Level 5 program in H.R Management. Diane Pearson also holds additional certifications, including being a Clevry Certified Psychometrics Practitioner, which they obtained in 2023.
