Jonn Farr

Jon Farr's work experience begins in 1996 when they worked as a Developer at Gateway Computing, specializing in electronic document management systems. Jonn then moved on to Jordans Limited in 2000, where they initially worked as a Senior Developer and eventually became the Head of Development for the Jordans Conveyancing department. In 2005, Jon joined Covalent Software Limited as a Senior Developer and later became the Development Manager and Head of Development. Jonn then transitioned to WebMe in 2000, where they served as the Owner of a website development and hosting company. Finally, Jon's most recent role was at Ideagen, starting as a Development Manager and working their way up to the Head of Development and eventually the VP of Engineering.

Jonn Farr holds a Bachelor's degree in Biology from the University of Plymouth, which they obtained between 1994 and 1996. In addition to their degree, they have obtained various certifications throughout their career, including Microsoft certifications in security, compliance, and identity fundamentals, Azure data fundamentals, Azure AI fundamentals, and Dynamics 365 fundamentals. Jonn is also certified in change management, PRINCE2 project management, health and safety awareness, and has achieved several Scrum certifications, such as Professional Scrum Master, Professional Agile Leadership, Advanced Certified ScrumMaster, and Certified Scrum Product Owner. Furthermore, they hold a Leadership & Management Level 3 certification and has been a Microsoft Certified Professional since 2002.
