Martin Weightman

Martin Weightman has a strong background in talent acquisition and recruitment, having worked in various roles since 2017. Martin is currently the Talent Acquisition Lead at Ideagen, a position they have held since November 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at the same company from March 2021 to November 2022. Before joining Ideagen, Martin worked as a Consultant at Elevate Recruitment & Training Consultants Ltd. from August 2020 to March 2021. Martin also gained experience as a Contract Recruitment Consultant at Recart Ltd. from July 2019 to July 2020, specializing in sourcing and selecting candidates for contract and interim positions. Martin's earlier experience includes working as a Specialist Engineering Recruitment Consultant at Elevate Recruitment & Training Consultants Ltd. from April 2017 to July 2019, focusing on engineering roles within the food industry in the southern region of the United Kingdom.

Martin Weightman attended Loughborough Grammar School from 2003 to 2010. From 2010 to 2013, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree at Nottingham Trent University.
