Darrel Cunningham

Darrel Cunningham is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in Active Directory and Microsoft server technologies. Currently serving as a Sr Active Directory Engineer at IdeaHelix, Inc., since September 2023, Darrel leads the Active Directory team and provides Level 4 support to enterprise administrators. Prior to this role, Darrel worked as an L3 Support Engineer at Allyis, offering support for Active Directory replication and related technologies. With a background that includes positions such as IT Infrastructure Analyst and IT Support Technician at Chiquita and IT Support Specialist roles at the University for Peace and Teletech, Darrel has developed a comprehensive skill set in IT support and infrastructure. Darrel holds a degree in Cybersecurity from Universidad Politécnica Internacional Costa Rica and a technical degree in Computer Maintenance from ILAC.
