Richard Shtolc

Richard Shtolc is a seasoned professional in Salesforce Industries with extensive experience across multiple prestigious organizations. Currently serving as the Global Chief Architect at IdeaHelix, Inc. since August 2023, Richard oversees Salesforce consulting and implementation efforts while leading expertise in the field. Prior to this role, Richard held the position of Salesforce Industries Tech Lead & Architect at NTT DATA from June 2022 to September 2023, where involvement included a significant Telco program. Richard’s experience also includes roles at Salesforce as a Technical Architect, Capgemini as a Vlocity Solutions Architect, and Drei Österreich as a Salesforce/Vlocity Development Consultant. Early career includes positions at Accenture, where Richard progressed from an internship to a Senior Application Development Analyst.
