Sivakumar Thirunavukarasu has held various leadership positions in companies like Idea Helix Inc, DEW software Inc, Intelliswift Software Inc, SASEL, Surya Infotech LTD and Aptech. Currently serving as the Country Head at Idea Helix Inc, responsibilities include mentoring new recruits, setting up the Staffing Team, manage individual and group performance goals, support day to day recruiting activities, and monitor the quality of recruiting process.
