John Neal

John Neal is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as the Inertial Test Lab Manager and Senior Design Engineer at Ideal Aerosmith Inc. since November 2017. Prior to this role, John worked as a Senior Associate at Exponent Failure Analysis Associates from September 2013 to July 2017 and as a Research Engineer at the Ohio State University Center for Automotive Research from 2004 to June 2013, where responsibilities included designing and building battery testing hardware and software as well as experimental design and implementation. John holds a Master of Engineering (MEng) in Mechanical Engineering from The Ohio State University (2010-2013) and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering (BSECE) from the same institution (2000-2006).
