Lana Burton

Lana Burton is a Level 5 Manager at Ideal Impact, Inc. with experience in project management and community development. At Ideal Impact, Lana successfully managed over 225 projects, developed training programs for project managers, and reviewed monthly saving reports for clients. Previously, at International Mission Board, Lana served as a Community Development Coordinator, where Lana arranged clean water for villages, communicated with native populations, and organized volunteer groups to achieve successful outcomes, such as drilling 13 water wells serving nearly 20,000 people. Lana holds a Bachelor of Music from Baylor University and a Master of Music from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.
