Martin Dearing

Martin Dearing has a strong background in financial planning and analysis, with experience in various industries. Martin currently serves as the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at IDEAL Industries, where they are responsible for evaluating and implementing the company's strategy, leading financial forecasting and budgeting processes, and providing financial consulting and strategic support. Prior to this role, they worked as the Controller at IDEAL Canada, overseeing financial and management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and other financial functions. Martin has also held positions at RioCan Real Estate Investment Trust, Flakeboard, KIK Custom Products, and KPMG Canada, where they gained experience in financial planning, analysis, and modeling. Martin Dearing received a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Accounting and Finance from the Schulich School of Business - York University.
