Michael Harmsen

Michael Harmsen is an experienced talent acquisition professional with a strong background in managing recruitment processes across various organizations. Currently serving as Talent Acquisition Manager at IDEAL INDUSTRIES, INC since July 2022, Michael previously held roles including Senior Talent Acquisition Partner and Talent Acquisition Specialist at WernerCo. from November 2018 to July 2022. Prior experience includes working as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Adtalem Global Education from April 2013 to August 2018 and managing talent acquisition for the United States at PeopleScout from 2005 to 2012, where significant efficiencies were achieved. Michael began a career in recruitment advertising with positions at The David Group and AdVantage Advertising, ultimately developing skills in media planning, client relations, and project management. Michael holds a Bachelor's degree in Advertising and Communications from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
