Weston Strom

Weston Strom is an experienced Systems Engineer I and NOC Technician II at Ideal Integrations since May 2015, responsible for the administration of backend monitoring infrastructure and onboarding new monitoring clients. Previous experience includes working as a NOC Technician I, delivering proactive network monitoring, troubleshooting client services, and coordinating with IT teams to maintain client environments. Weston also has a foundation in information technology as an intern at Carclo Technical Plastics Ltd, where tasks included facilitating hardware and software updates, resolving connectivity issues, and managing employee workstations. Weston holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Science from the University of Pittsburgh, earned in 2014.
