Althea Arnold has a diverse background in content marketing, operations, search marketing, paid media, digital media, social media, and policy. Althea began their career in 2014 as the Social Media Manager & Retail Associate at The Outfitter of Harbor Springs, where they implemented a comprehensive social media marketing strategy and doubled customer engagement on social media platforms in one year. In 2015, they worked as a Legislative Intern for the Michigan House of Representatives, managing direct communication with constituents and collaborating with stakeholders, business partners, and non profits to create informational material. Also in 2015, they served as a Policy Intern for the Tip of the Mitt Watershed Council, assisting with research, committee meetings, and local government advocacy related to greenbelts and septic systems.
In 2017, Althea moved to Kroger, where they served as a Digital Media Coordinator, managing the development, execution, and optimization of national display campaigns. In 2018, they joined Good & Gold Marketing as a Search Marketing Manager and Paid Media Specialist, where they established The Social Impact Committee, dedicated to partnering with local environmental organizations for pro bono digital marketing projects. In 2020, Althea began working at CLEAResult as an Operations Coordinator, cross-functionally coordinating with regional field teams to execute markdown and rebate programs on energy efficient products. Currently, they are the Content Marketing Manager and Content Marketing Coordinator at Idealist Consulting.
Althea Arnold completed a Certificate in Corporate Social Responsibility from the University of Colorado Boulder in 2021. Prior to this, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Public Policy and a Bachelor of Arts in Arts & Humanities from Michigan State University in 2016, with a minor in Environmental Studies and Sustainability.
