Ethan Boyd

Ethan Boyd is an experienced Customer Success Manager with a strong background in managing client accounts across various industries. Currently at iDeals since November 2022, Ethan oversees over 150 client accounts in Ireland and the UK. Prior to this role, Ethan was with Productboard, helping customers build exceptional products, and served at Microsoft as a Cloud Customer Success Manager for Microsoft Azure, enabling clients to maximize their investment in the platform. Ethan's career began at MongoDB, where contributions included supporting large Enterprise customers across multiple European countries, alongside earlier roles in sales development and business development. Ethan possesses a Master's degree in Management from UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Spanish Language and Literature and Italian from Trinity College Dublin.
