Oleksii Pavlenko

Oleksii Pavlenko is an accomplished Engineering Manager at iDeals, with a career spanning over several years in various technical and leadership roles within the software development industry. Currently serving as a Mentor at Projector Institute and previously as a Project Manager at Family-Ukraine.Tech, Oleksii has demonstrated expertise in full stack engineering, project leadership, and technical mentorship. Past positions include roles such as Full Stack Engineer at Pragmatech and RELATE DATA, Project Lead Developer/Architect at Luxoft, and Technical Lead at iDeals. Oleksii holds a Master's degree from the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute'​ and a PhD from the National University of Physical Training and Sports, Kyiv.
