Yevheniy Shatrovyy is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and sales operations. Currently serving as the Customer Success Operations Manager at iDeals since December 2022, Yevheniy previously held the position of Head of Messaging Operations at Helpware. With a solid background in customer sales development at CIENCE, Yevheniy advanced through various roles, including Operations Manager and SWAT Team Lead. Earlier career milestones include roles as GDS Expert and Sales Specialist at TCG International, as well as multiple sales-related positions at NetFix LLC.
