Drew Colvin

Drew Colvin has a diverse work experience in various high-level roles in different companies. Drew is currently the Director at Solectrac Electric Tractors since June 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Ideanomics as the Senior Vice President of Corporate Development from January 2021, and previously as the Vice President of Corporate Development from September 2018 to January 2021.

Before joining Ideanomics, Drew worked at Accenture for a significant period of time. Drew held multiple roles during their tenure, including Corporate Development - M&A from September 2014 to September 2018. In this role, they were responsible for executing acquisitions and minority investments aligned with Accenture's corporate strategy. Drew also had experience in transaction execution, post-merger integration, valuation analysis, financial modeling, deal structuring, and integration planning.

Prior to their M&A role, Drew worked in Corporate Transaction Services at Accenture from January 2014 to August 2014, where they were involved in financial modeling, pricing, and proposal development for complex opportunities. Drew also completed a highly selective 3-year Corporate Finance Development Program, with rotations in Health & Public Service FP&A and Client Transaction Services.

Drew's earliest work experience was as a Client Financial Management Analyst at Accenture from January 2009 to December 2010. In this role, they provided financial advisory and accounting services to project leadership.
