Kevin Fleming

Kevin Fleming has extensive experience in human resources, with a career spanning over 25 years. Kevin currently holds the position of Head of Human Resources at Ideanomics since July 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Human Resources Project Lead at Neste from December 2019 to March 2022.

Before joining Neste, Fleming was a Human Resources Consultant at FHR Solutions from July 2018 to March 2022. Kevin also served as the Vice President of Global HR Services at Schlumberger from April 2016 to October 2017.

From 2014 to 2016, Fleming held the position of Vice President of Global HR Services and Regional Operations at Cameron Corporation. Kevin oversaw HR services and regional operations for the company, managing a team of 8 direct reports and 120 HR employees.

Prior to this role, Fleming served as Vice President of Human Resources - Process & Compression Systems and Vice President of Regional Operations & Services at Cameron from 2006 to 2014. Kevin was responsible for providing HR support across operating business units and leading HR functions in divesting business units.

Fleming began their career at Cooper Cameron (UK) Limited in 2000 as the Human Resources Director for the Eastern Hemisphere, overseeing HR services across all Cameron Corporation operating divisions. Previously, they worked as the HR Director for Russia at ROTHMANS INTERNATIONAL TOBACCO (UK) LIMITED from 1997 to 2000.

Throughout their career, Fleming has demonstrated a strong track record in leading and managing HR functions, providing support across various business units, and overseeing large employee bases.

Kevin Fleming attended Bishop Auckland United Kingdom from 1976 to 1980, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
