Anne Stotler is a seasoned behavioral designer with extensive experience in improving service delivery for government agencies and community organizations. Currently serving as the Principal Behavioral Designer at ideas42 since July 2018, Anne leads a team in New York City, applying behavioral science insights to address programmatic challenges and enhance user experience. Previously, Anne held roles such as Senior Behavioral Designer at Coro Northern California and Foreign Affairs Officer at the U.S. Department of State. With a Master of Public Policy from Harvard Kennedy School, Anne also has a strong background in human rights and humanitarian affairs, having contributed to various initiatives at organizations such as Interval House, Human Rights Watch, and Save the Children US.
