Thomas Tasche is an Associate Managing Director at ideas42, leading projects that enhance college access, persistence, and completion while building strong relationships with academic and foundation stakeholders. Thomas possesses extensive experience with governmental and non-profit collaborations, evidenced by roles such as Policy Consultant at the Millennium Challenge Corporation and Advisor to the Board of Directors at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development. Educationally, Thomas holds a Master's Degree in Economics and Public Policy and a Bachelor's Degree in Public and International Affairs from Princeton University. Additionally, Thomas serves as Deputy Director for the AIG High School Diplomats Program, fostering cross-cultural connections between the United States and Japan.
