Sarah Elwell is an experienced professional with a diverse background in client management and consulting. Currently serving as a Government Customer Success Manager at IdeaScale since January 2023, Sarah previously worked at Public Consulting Group as a Consultant, where responsibilities included managing client relationships within State Departments of Education and overseeing contracts for School-Based Medicaid Services and Special Education Data Systems.
