Faith Pan

Faith Pan serves as Vice President of Finance at IDEAYA Biosciences, leading a finance team and managing comprehensive finance functions including FP&A, controllership, and SEC reporting. With expertise in equity financing, project financing, and corporate development, Faith has played a pivotal role in the company’s impressive growth, increasing full-time employees from 70 to 150 and market capitalization from $800 million to $3.5 billion. Previously, Faith held various finance leadership roles at Gilead Sciences, including Senior Director of Finance/Corporate Controller, and has a solid foundation in financial reporting and compliance garnered through positions at Bristol-Myers Squibb, KPMG, and Unilever. Faith holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Donghua University.
