Neha Pandey

Neha Pandey is a Senior Software Engineer at IDEMIA since December 2022, specializing in countermeasures for security improvements in cryptographic algorithms and conducting research on post-quantum secure cryptographic algorithms. Previously, Neha worked as a Software Development Engineer at the Ministry of Defence of India from December 2019 to December 2022, focusing on the design, security analysis, and research of cryptographic algorithms, including quantum-resistant solutions. Prior to that, Neha served as a Crypto Algorithm Developer for Defence at ITI Limited, where responsibilities included designing and analyzing defense-grade cryptographic algorithms and testing their effectiveness. Earlier experience includes a role as a Subject Matter Expert at Chegg Inc., which involved content creation and quality assurance. Neha holds a Master's degree in Mathematics from Hindu College, University of Delhi, and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Maitreyi College, University of Delhi.
