Julien Journaux is an experienced ruminant engineer currently working at IDENA since April 2019. Prior roles include formulating ruminant nutrition at Sanders Nutrition animale from October 2016 to April 2019, and providing advisory services on ruminant farming at EILYPS between October 2014 and October 2016. Julien has also contributed to research projects at ARVALIS - Institut du végétal and Teagasc, focusing on forage maize, grass silage impacts, and clover utilization in dairy farming. Various internships conducted at GDS des Côtes d'Armor and Institut de l'Elevage involved studies on paratuberculosis and protein content in calf diets. Julien holds an engineering degree in Agronomy and Animal Production from UniLaSalle and has completed a Professional License and a BTS in Animal Production.
