Michelle Schrader

Michelle Schrader is an experienced project manager currently serving as Project Manager Lead at Identiti since April 2017, where responsibilities include overseeing project management operations. In addition, Michelle holds the position of Tournament Director and Head Coach at Top Flight Volleyball Club LLC since August 2011, leading national level teams to success at various tournaments. Previously, Michelle spent nearly seven years at Target, advancing through roles from Backroom/Flow Team Member to Senior Team Leader of Backroom, effectively managing large teams and contributing to significant budget achievements and eCommerce initiatives. Earlier experience includes serving as an Administrative Assistant at American Chemical & Equipment, where inventory management and scheduling for customer orders were key responsibilities. Michelle earned an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from Elgin Community College between 2007 and 2010.
