Sam Richardson

Sam Richardson was named President and Chief Executive Officer of Identity Group Holding Company in June 2019.

He has led the company through an important transformational period including the launch of Identity Group's first eCommerce website, entry into high growth market verticals, and operational streamlining positioning the company for double-digit growth.

Sam previously served as the VP/GM of the Americas for Fellowes Brands based in Chicago and VP of US Enterprise for HP Inc. Between 2007 and 2010, Sam held leadership positions at Lexmark International in their retail/commercial print and supplies division. He began his career at International Paper Co in a variety of sales, operations, and general management roles both domestically and internationally in Europe.

In 1999, Sam earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Hamilton College in Clinton, NY. He holds an Executive Certificate of Completion from Harvard Business School as well as LEAN Six Sigma practices throughout his career.
