Harmonie Coleman is a seasoned professional in community engagement and program management with a strong background in social justice and education. Currently serving as a Senior Community Engagement Manager at IDEO.org, Harmonie builds and maintains relationships with community leaders and organizations to enhance project participation and co-design experiences. Previous roles include Senior Program Manager for Child Welfare, where relationships with stakeholders were cultivated, and Director of the Center for Equity at the Association to Benefit Children, where initiatives focused on racial justice and community responsiveness were developed. Additional experience includes teaching and creating culturally relevant curricula at the Brooklyn Emerging Leaders Academy and the Boston Latin Academy. Harmonie holds a Master of Education from Harvard Graduate School of Education and a Bachelor of Arts from Emory University.
