Tosh Juma

Tosh Juma is a seasoned strategic advisor and leader in design innovation with extensive experience in the international development sector. Currently serving as a Strategic Advisor at IDEO.org since November 2018, Tosh has also held key positions such as Global Executive Design Director and Managing Director for East Africa, where responsibilities included overseeing design teams and integrating systems thinking into the creative process. Previously, Tosh founded the Nairobi Design Institute, and worked as a Google Design Expert, Studio Director at Dalberg Design, and Digital Design Consultant. Educational credentials include a degree in Web Design from Nairobits and leadership training from THNK School of Leadership.
