Tim Brown

Tim Brown has extensive work experience in the design industry. Tim currently holds the position of Chief Evangelist at Neol since May 2023. Prior to that, they had a long tenure at IDEO, starting in 1992. At IDEO, they held various roles including Executive Chair from August 2019 until present, CEO from August 2000 to August 2019, London office head from August 1995 to August 2000, and San Francisco office head from April 1992 to August 1995. Tim Brown is also involved with kyu Collective as Vice Chair since August 2019. Additionally, they served on the Board of Trustees at the California College of the Arts from 2006 to 2013.

Tim Brown's education history includes a Bachelor of Arts degree in Design for Industry from Northumbria University. Tim attended Northumbria University from 1981 to 1985. Later, they pursued a Master of Arts degree in Industrial Design from the Royal College of Art. Tim completed their Master's degree program at the Royal College of Art from 1985 to 1987.
