Heather Yardley CertRP is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in the insurance, financial services, and energy sectors. Currently serving as the Business Manager for Energy, Power & Construction at IDEX Consulting Ltd since June 2024, Heather previously held multiple roles at Eames Consulting, including Managing Consultant and Principal Consultant, where the focus was on recruiting underwriters across various classes of business in the UK.
