Upender Gaadi

Upender Gaadi has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Upender started their career in 2007 as an Implementer for 3i Infotech, where they worked on the Inlias product for Oriental Insurance Company. In 2008, they joined SVK Systems Inc as an IT Sales/Recruiter, where they gained experience in US IT recruitment and sales. In 2009, they joined DW Labs Inc as a Technical Recruiter, sourcing candidates using various tools. In 2011, they moved to ERP and ERP Corp as a Senior Technical Recruiter, working on direct client requirements and sourcing resumes. Upender then joined WinWire Technologies in 2012 as a Senior Technical Recruiter, working with a range of positions and clients. Currently, Upender is working at Idexcel as a Lead Technical Recruiter, demonstrating their expertise in the field.

Upender Gaadi started their education at R M High School in 1998 and completed their intermediate education in Maths, Physics, and Chemistry at Rama Krishna Junior College from 1999 to 2001. Upender then pursued a Bachelor of Science in Computers at ST.Paul's Degree College from 2002 to 2005. Following that, they attended ICFAI National College from 2005 to 2007 to obtain a Master of Computer Application degree.
