Vishali Guttula

Vishali Guttula has a diverse range of work experience in the field of HR and recruitment. Vishali started their career as a Technical Recruiter at CMI, where they were responsible for sourcing profiles using job portals and networking. Vishali then worked as a Recruitment Consultant at IKYA Human Capital Solutions, where they managed the end-to-end recruitment process. Vishali then joined Spectraforce Technologies India Pvt Ltd as a Jr. Recruiter, where they handled sourcing activities and coordinated the recruiting process. Vishali also worked at Empiricas Private Limited as an HR Executive, gaining experience in both domestic and US IT recruitments. Currently, Vishali is working at Idexcel as an HR Executive, primarily focusing on recruitment and HR activities.

From 2007 to 2011, Vishali Guttula attended Vidya Vikas Institute of Technology where they pursued an Engineer's Degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering.
