Shane Gendron

Shane Gendron has extensive experience in sales training and management within the veterinary diagnostic industry, currently serving as Sr. Manager of Americas Sales Training & Professional Development at IDEXX since November 2006, leading sales training teams across North, Central, and South America. Previously, Shane held various roles at IDEXX, including Western Canada Regional Manager II and Western Canada Regional Manager, where performance and leadership were evident through mentoring peers and supporting diverse teams. Earlier career positions included Integrated Systems Specialist and Digital Radiography Sales Consultant at IDEXX, focusing on technology integration and digital radiography for veterinary practices. Prior to IDEXX, Shane worked at Xillix Technologies in several capacities, including Sales and Marketing Manager and Executive Assistant to the CEO, and was a Biologicals Clerk at the BC Centre for Disease Control, managing publicly funded vaccines.
