Rachana Iyer

Rachana Iyer serves as the Head of Corporate Social Responsibility at IDFC FIRST Bank, bringing extensive experience in the field. Previously, Rachana held the position of Senior Manager for Corporate Social Responsibility and Communications at Capital First Limited. Rachana has also contributed as a Mentor at Tactopus and served as the Editor In Chief at Mind in India. As a Co-Founder of CraYon Impact, Rachana demonstrates a strong commitment to social impact initiatives. Rachana holds a Masters of Arts in Social Work with a focus on Disability Studies from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences and completed an Executive Education program on creating value through Corporate Social Responsibility at the Indian School of Business.
